Jansrud is out: “1-0 for Streif”

“Die Streif - Jansrud 1-0,” the Norwegian writes under an Instagram photo that shows him lying in a hospital bed. “Note to self: If you lose your balance, don’t try to use your hand to support yourself in the ice.”

Instead, for Jansrud it's about getting fit for the World Ski Championships in Åre, Sweden (February 5th - 17th). At least: Jansrud hasn't lost his sense of humor despite the injury. The 33-year-old commented on a selfie with his girlfriend at the hospital bed as follows: "I grabbed a really hot nurse."
