Austrian double victory in Sarajevo

On Friday a Super-G in the European Cup took place in Bjelasnica (Sarajevo).

The Austrian Andreas Ploier took the lead with a time of 1.05,18:0,14 minutes and secured the victory. His compatriot Luis Tritscher came in just behind, coming in second with a gap of just 0,24 seconds. The podium was completed by the Swiss Lenz Hächler, who secured third place with a gap of XNUMX seconds.


The Italian athletes narrowly missed the podium. Marco Abbruzzese showed a strong performance and finished fourth, 0,29 seconds behind. Emanuele Buzzi finished 0,91th, 16 seconds behind, while Max Perathoner from Val Gardena finished 25th (+1,23).
