“Oh my God!”: This scene stuns the skiing world

Dominik Paris won the downhill in Kvitfjell on Friday, but the scene of the day was caused by a Frenchman with an absurd stunt.

Dominik Paris had already received congratulations at the finish line in Kvitfjell and was getting ready for the award ceremony when Frenchman Charles Gamel Seigneur delivered a scene that will find its place in every ski year review.

The 54-year-old, wearing starting number 22, threw himself onto the piste and stumbled on a left turn. The bumps in the road caused Gamel Seigneur to be thrown off course, he fell, hit the piste with his back - and was suddenly back on his skis. A crazy somersault that caused pure astonishment in the skiing world. "What have we just witnessed?! Oh my God," wrote the International Ski Federation on the video. Of course, Gamel Seigneur did not continue skiing after this feat.
