Female snowboarders cause a stir with bikini photo

Anna Gasser is an Olympic champion and world champion in BigAir and also a two-time X Games winner. Silvia Mittermüller, on the other hand, is one of Germany's best freestyle snowboarders. Last weekend they both met in Gasser's home on Lake Millstätter See. In addition to having fun wakesurfing, the two winter sports enthusiasts relaxed on a wooden pier.

Mittermüller recorded the visit to Carinthia with an Instagram entry and the note “Lake Sundays in Anna Gasser's paradise”. Austria's Athlete of the Year 2017 also posted a photo in a bikini pose. She wrote: “Good times with good friends.” Gasser's picture in particular seems to be well received by fans, as more than 38.200 of them liked it - a number that is far above average for the ÖSV athlete.

In any case, the training break was probably good for the two snowboarders. Mittermüller is now training again at the nearby Mölltaler Glacier and Gasser will also soon increase her training schedule in view of the upcoming World Cup season. According to current plans, this will begin at the end of November with a BigAir competition in Beijing.
