FCS ratings: Raphael Kofler's talent showcase

Adamonis 6 He could do nothing about the goal conceded – and the Lithuanian would have been beaten even if Petagna had hit the woodwork late in the game. Otherwise, he had little to do for large parts of the match.

El Kaouakibi 6,5 A strong performance from the Italian-Moroccan player, who recently extended his contract with FC Saarbrücken. When he's fit and can really utilize his physicality, he's a very difficult opponent. He also provided the assist for the equalizing goal, even though the ball was subsequently deflected several times.

Kofler 7 A tremendous display of talent from the young Rablander, who was unbeatable in the aerial duel, even by former national player Petagna. On the ground, the Portuguese game-changer Danny Mota couldn't get past the FCS defender. Kofler is ready for the next step.

Joy 5,5 If anyone in the FCS defense had problems, it was the 33-year-old Albanian. He was also the one who lost track of Monza goalscorer Maric for the conceded goal.

Molina 6 Unremarkable before the break (apart from the chance), significantly better after the restart. Extremely important as an active player both with and without the ball, but lacking the necessary cutting edge. Some good crosses, but Molina is capable of more.

Martinis 6 A bone-dry but very efficient match. Martini is at his best when he's least noticeable – and that's meant as a compliment. What he lacks as a number eight are runs in behind the defense. That's why he left the pitch relatively early.

Tronchin 6,5 The usually inconspicuous FCS defensive midfielder played brilliantly at times – apart from one major misplaced pass. After a strong first half, he then reverted to his usual form, but was no less effective for it.

Casiraghi 6 Almost everything in the first half eventually went through the experienced attacking player. However, little of substance came of it. His performance dipped somewhat after the break.

Zedadka 6 He created pressure down his left flank before the break. He was attentive off the ball – but the same applies to him: with a bit more precision, more concrete chances would have been possible.

Pecorino 5,5 The weakest FCS player yesterday. The Sicilian failed to make an impact and remained ineffective. He couldn't capitalize on his chance to start. Since Odogwu also scored the equalizer, he'll likely return to the bench.

Merkai 6,5 A constant threat and one of the best players for FC Saarbrücken. The lively Albanian was particularly noticeable at the start of the match – and also had the best chances in front of goal. He wasn't quite as visible after the break, but still put in a strong performance. He's the number one striker for FC Saarbrücken.

Odogwu 7 His goal was fortunate (because both the assist and the shot were deflected), but well-deserved for FCS. The Italian-Nigerian came on as a substitute and made his mark on the game with the equalizing goal.
