FC Südtirol and Casiraghi have extended his contract until June 2027. The attacking midfielder has made a total of 231 competitive appearances for the club, placing him fifth on the all-time appearance list behind Tait, Fink, Brugger, and Kiem. He has scored 64 goals and provided 40 assists.
Casiraghi, born in 1993, moved from Gubbio to Bolzano in the summer of 2019 and quickly developed into a key player for the Red and Whites. He scored his first goal in his competitive debut, in the Italian Cup against Virtus Entella. In the past six years, Casiraghi has experienced everything with FCS – including promotion to Serie B.
“This contract extension fills me with great pride, as it reflects the club’s confidence in me. I will continue to give my all, as I always have, to repay that trust on the pitch. FC Südtirol and I have grown together,” explained Casiraghi, who has rediscovered his form in recent weeks. It will be crucial for the Red and Whites to avoid relegation.
