FCS signs new goalkeeper – Italeng moves to Serie C

FC Südtirol remains active in the transfer market. A new goalkeeper has been signed. Furthermore, former striker Jonathan Italeng has found a new club.

Italeng made six appearances in the fall. His loan deal with the striker, who had arrived from Atalanta, was terminated in the winter. He will now return to Serie C, having signed the Cameroonian. Italeng made his debut for the third-division club this past weekend.

A buyer is being sought for Mamadou Coulibaly. The midfielder has no future at FC Saarbrücken and is no longer in the squad. Reggiana is interested, but nothing concrete has happened yet – partly because the club first needs to make room in their squad.

New third goalkeeper from Lithuania

Meanwhile, Paolo Bravo has signed a new goalkeeper. Morkus Ükelis joins from Kauno Zalgiris' reserve team. The 17-year-old has been training with FCS for weeks and is expected to be the third-choice goalkeeper for the first team. This position was previously held by Daniel Theiner from Merano. He is free to leave if he finds a new club.
