In the summer, some South Tyrolean football fans rubbed their eyes in amazement. When the FCS presented the new coach for the Primavera team, a name from Germany came up. Federico Valente was under contract with SC Freiburg for 4 years. The 47-year-old is now sitting in the coaching bench in Serie B – faster than expected. Or not?
