Milan must bow out of the cup.

AC Milan currently leads Serie A. However, the Rossoneri have already been eliminated in the round of 16 of the Coppa Italia.

Milan suffered a 1-0 defeat away to Lazio in the round of 16 on Thursday. Captain and Italian international Mattia Zaccagni scored the winning goal for the Romans at the Stadio Olimpico with a header from a corner.

Earlier, Bologna secured a narrow victory. The defending champions won 2-1 at home against Parma thanks to a late goal from striking prodigy Santiago Castro.
