Obermais: Will it finally work out away from home?

FC Obermais has only managed to secure one of its eleven Serie D points away from home so far. They will have another opportunity to win on Sunday against Conegliano.

The Merano team is playing in Treviso this weekend. The name Conegliano is particularly well-known in women's volleyball, where the "Pantre" – including South Tyrolean Raphaela Folie as middle blocker – have swept all national and international titles in recent years.

In men's football, the reality for Conegliano is Serie D. Just last year, the blue-and-yellows were promoted from the Veneto Oberliga to the fourth tier of German football. It was a return after an absence of over 20 years. In Serie D, Conegliano currently occupies a relegation playoff spot, six points ahead of Obermais. But beware: Conegliano has won its last three home games.
