In the Old Lady’s 3-0 win against her former club Sampdoria, Eva Schatzer with a long-range shot to make it 2-0. The Vahrner native turns 20 this week and is a central midfielder for Juventus this year. At the weekend, Schatzer scored her third goal of the season. Juventus are now seven points ahead of their pursuers Inter in the table.

Also Nadine Nischler is having the season of her life at Como. There was a 2-0 home win against Fiorentina, although Nischler was unable to score for once. With seven goals this season, the 24-year-old is still second in the goalscorers list. Nischler's Como is fifth in the table.

FCS starts with victory

In the women's Serie C, FC Südtirol started with a 4-0 win against Isera. On the return of coach Marco Castellaneta, Markart, Fischer (2x) and Kiem scored for the FCS Women. South Tyrol's best women's football club is in fourth place in the table.
