Before the final: Inter's fan scene protests

Around 40.000 Inter fans from across Italy are expected in Munich for the Champions League final. However, only 18.000 Inter fans received one of the official tickets, many of them at vastly inflated prices.

On Saturday, Inter will face Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League final at the Allianz Arena. A large number of Inter fans are expected in Munich, but only around 18.000 have official stadium tickets issued by the club. Tickets for the final are priced at dizzying prices of up to €14.000. Prices for the Inter fan section currently start at almost €4.000.

On Friday, Inter fans announced a protest over the high ticket prices. The main criticism is the small number of tickets reserved for Inter fans for the final and the resale on the secondary market. The ultras are particularly critical of Luca Innocenti, who is responsible for the ticketing department at Inter.

The city of Munich will become the Nerazzurri's showcase, even for those without stadium access. Odeonsplatz in the city center will be the meeting place for Inter fans. A public viewing will be organized at San Siro for supporters who cannot travel to Munich. Ten days ago, Mayor Giuseppe Sala indicated that they would explore this solution in consultation with Inter.
