Despite some personnel concerns, PSG beat FC Barcelona 2-1 (1-1) thanks to a last-minute goal and maintains maximum points after two matches. PSG was undeterred by numerous absences at Barcelona's Olympic Stadium—including Ballon d'Or winner Ousmane Dembele, young star Desire Doue, and captain Marquinhos—and by the Catalans' early lead.
Senny Mayulu seized his chance, equalizing Ferran Torres's 1-0 lead (19th minute) before the break (38th minute), and kicking off a better second half. A shot by Barca player Dani Olmo from around ten meters was cleared off the line by Achraf Hakimi (64th minute), and the savior then provided the assist for Gonçalo Ramos in the well-deserved victory (90th minute).

In Monaco, Manchester City striker Erling Haaland once again dominated the evening – at least for the time being. Against AS Monaco, the Norwegian scored the 51st goal (15th minute) and 52nd (44th minute) in his 50th Champions League match, thus negating Jordan Teze's interim equalizer (18th minute). But then the English side were too careless and were punished late on by a penalty shot by Eric Dier (90th minute). Monaco celebrated their first point.
Dortmund wins clearly
Meanwhile, Borussia Dortmund celebrated their first victory. Daniel Svensson (28') and Carney Chukwuemeka (50') secured a 2-0 lead at home against Athletic Bilbao, who then faltered after Gorka Guruzeta pulled one back in the 61'. Marcel Sabitzer's shot, deflected off Serhou Guirassy, sealed the victory in the 82', and Julian Brandt sealed the final score in the 91'.Rasmus Hojlund was Napoli's man of the match. © ANSA / CIRO FUSCO
Arsenal also secured their next victory (2-0 against Olympiacos Piraeus), who have a very unusual rival in Karabakh Agdam: The Azerbaijanis beat FC Copenhagen 2-0 after beating Benfica Lisbon. Juventus had to settle for a 2-2 draw against Villarreal. The equalizer in the 89th minute was scored by Renato Veiga, who played for Juventus last year. Napoli, on the other hand, beat Sporting Lisbon 2-1 thanks to two goals from Rasmus Hojlund.
