Milan's current roster boasts twice as many NHL games (344) as ICE Hockey League games (163). Alison alone brings 75 NHL appearances to the team, racking up 22 points. The HCM's newest addition played for the Philadelphia Flyers and their AHL affiliate before crossing the Atlantic two years ago.

Due to injuries, the Canadian forward only saw sporadic playing time over the past two years with Astana in the KHL and Straubing in the DEL.
