HCP coach Jaspers: Santa Claus brings new contract
In March, Jason Jaspers extended his contract with HC Falkensteiner Pustertal. After a solid debut season, the Canadian wanted to take the next step with the Wolves. And because things have been going well so far, the Bruneck-based club has once again extended Jaspers' contract.

Jason Jaspers has extended his contract with HC Pustertal not by one, but by two years. The Wolves announced this on Tuesday evening. What's special about the Canadian's new contract: it runs until 2028 – not an everyday occurrence in the ice hockey industry, and especially among South Tyrolean clubs.
Jaspers is delighted about the contract extension: “I am very happy to be able to extend my contract with HC Pustertal. The large ice hockey family in the Pustertal valley welcomed me with open arms from the very beginning, which made it very easy for me to work here. We are currently building something great in Bruneck, which is why I am all the more pleased to be able to continue this work.”
Assistant coach Schultz also remains.
In addition to Jaspers, assistant coach Khol Schultz has also extended his contract in Rienzstadt. "As a club, we strive for continuity. We want to start with our coaching duo, who are doing an outstanding job and possess not only sporting expertise but also interpersonal skills that perfectly align with us and our values," HCP Sporting Director Patrick Bona is quoted as saying in a press release.Edit Profile
