"I'm not going to turn everything upside down."

On Monday, Doug Shedden was presented as the new coach of HCB Südtirol Alperia, succeeding the dismissed Kurt Kleinendorst. After the 64-year-old Canadian, who most recently coached Sport Vaasa, the bottom team in the Finnish Liiga, received his visa to enter Italy on Tuesday, nothing stood in the way of his flight from Helsinki to Bergamo.

In the following interview, Shedden, who has been working as a coach since 1992 and will be behind the bench in Bolzano for the first time in today's home game against the Black Wings Linz, talks about his memories of Bolzano, his new team and the goals he wants to achieve with HCB in the ICE Hockey League (ICEHL).
