This weekend, a four-team tournament called the European Cup of Nations will take place in Hungary's capital. For Italy's national ice hockey team, this is a good opportunity to test their skills in preparation for the approaching Olympic Games.

Hungary, Poland, France, and Italy are participating in the European Cup of Nations in Budapest this weekend. It is the second part of the tournament, following the first half in Sosnowiec, Poland.

Italy's tournament begins on Friday evening with a match against the Hungarian hosts. Puck drop at the Laszlo Papp Sportarena (the modern stadium has a capacity of 12.500) is at 7 p.m. On Saturday, the Blue Team will face Poland (3 p.m.), and on Sunday, they will play France (12:30 p.m.).
