The San Jose Sharks suffered another defeat. The team from California lost 3:7 (0:3, 2:2, 1:2) to the Vegas Golden Knights and are still waiting for their first win of the season. The Chicago Blackhawks suffered their fourth defeat in a row with a 2:4 (0:1, 0:1, 2:2) loss to the Dallas Stars.
