The cup finalists from Sicily are the first team to start training as they have to compete in qualifying for the Europa League at the end of July. Even the impulsive President Zamparini will pay a flying visit to his team in Vinschgau. He will come to Mals with his family from July 9th to 16th. The Palermo club officials do not rule out a longer stay in Vinschgau. However, a decision in this regard should only be made after the draw for the Europa League qualification.

Is Genoa coming too?

As it became known on the sidelines of the press conference in Bolzano, the company Südtirol Event is also trying to arrange a training stay for the Italian first division club CFC Genoa. There is broad agreement with the sporting management and a financing concept should now be developed. The training camp is planned for the beginning of August. However, the exact location has not yet been determined.
