The conclusion after the FCS Women's first defeat of the season was that it was avoidable. The South Tyroleans were beaten 2:3 away by league leaders Venezia. With a little more composure, they could have achieved more.

But because Markart and Oberhuber missed the best opportunities in the final phase - with the score at 2:2 - the cold shower came in the 89th minute. Venezia's Dalla Santa scored the late winner for the lagoon city team. Vuerich (44th) and Kiem (66th) had previously scored for FCS.
