Things aren't getting any easier for FC Südtirol.

FC Südtirol has been waiting for a win in Serie B for eleven games, or since the end of September. Even though FCS has recently shown improved form and secured many draws, the task on Sunday will be more difficult than it sounds.

FC Südtirol will play away against Virtus Entella on Sunday. The club from Chiavari, a town of 27.000 inhabitants located between Genoa and La Spezia, has never played higher than Serie B and returned to the top flight this summer after a four-year absence. With an average of around 3.000 spectators per home game, the Ligurian side has the lowest attendance in the league. "Virtus Entella have only lost one home game in the last 12 months. That was just recently against Spezia. They are a difficult team to play against on this artificial turf. But we just need to continue playing the way we have in recent games," explained FCS coach Fabrizio Castori at the press conference in Rungg on Friday.

Virtus Entella, who, like Castori's team, usually play in a 3-5-2 formation, have the same number of points as FC Südtirol. FC Südtirol will be without Simone Tronchin for the match against the newly promoted side, as he is suspended for two games following his red card against Bari. Nicola Pietrangeli is still not fully fit after his pubic bone inflammation and is therefore not an option for the starting eleven.
