Oberliga: St. Martin presents Eppan with the red lantern

In the top game of the round, the undisputed Ligakrösus Trient won 3-0 at home against third-placed Obermais. The Meraners were pushed back to fifth place in the table because St. Georgen achieved a confident 2-0 win against Lavis and Tramin also got at least one point in the home game against Alense. Trento's number one pursuer, Bozner FC, recorded a 1-0 win against Arco.

The most explosive duel, however, took place at Eppaner Rungghof, where the penultimate FCE bottom team St. Martin lost 1:4. The weakened Psairer completely forgot the poor performances of the past few weeks and literally dismantled the troubled Eppan team into its individual parts. Before the break, Maurizio Foldi and Marco Baggio made it 2-0 before Daniel Lanthaler wrapped up the win with a brace. Eppan only managed a consolation goal.

In the second purely South Tyrolean duel, SSV Ahrntal made a big statement with a 2-1 win in Naturns. Philipp Aichner shot Teldra to victory with two goals. Meanwhile, SSV Brixen had nothing to gain from a 0-3 defeat in Comano, while newly promoted team Weinstraße started their journey home from Storo with one point in their luggage (1:1).
