Reggiana beats FC Südtirol

Reggiana started the game very offensively and tried to put FCS under pressure from the start. The White-Reds had their first dangerous action in the seventh minute. Fink's shot attempt was deflected out of bounds by a Reggiana defender.

The hosts responded with a dangerous free kick from Manconi in the 14th minute. Marcone could only watch as the ball sailed just past the goal to his left. Ten minutes later, Maltese fired a long-range shot at the FCS goal. But Marcone was at his post. The home team now increased the pressure and missed the lead after a good half hour with Angiulli, who aimed too imprecisely from a corner (32').

Packer entertains with an individual action

Reggiana beats FC Südtirol

In the Monday evening Lega Pro game, which Rai Sport broadcast live, the “Granata” put the FCS in their place 1-0. Jacopo Manconi scored the only goal of the evening in the 78th minute when he converted a penalty kick. Marcone still had his fingertips on it, but couldn't prevent the hit.
