The cup final at the Drusus Stadium

On Saturday, FC Südtirol will host SCC Bari in a crucial six-pointer in the Serie B relegation battle. However, just one day later, the Drusus Stadium will once again host a football match.

This year's Oberliga Cup final will take place at the Drusus Stadium – the same venue that has hosted the regional cup final every May in recent years. The reason for this change is that two Bolzano clubs will be competing for the Oberliga Cup this year. FC Bozen and Virtus Bozen will face off at 2:30 pm on Sunday at the Drusus Stadium.

With 30 points each, both teams are also tied at the top of the Oberliga. Due to their experience and quality, Virtus is considered the slight favorite in the cup final. However, the direct league encounter between the two sides was won 2-1 by Bozner FC in mid-September. The Oranges have been the surprise team of the season. Hugo Pomella now wants to cap off a successful first half of the season with his young squad.
