The regional cup final in Leifers

The regional final of the Oberliga Cup takes place in Leifers on Saturday. Virtus Bozen and Levico Terme will compete for the trophy.

These are the two teams that triumphed at the provincial level last weekend, each winning the cup for the third time in their club history. Kick-off is at 2:30 pm.

The Talferstadt team goes into this final with momentum after their clear derby victory against Bolzano FC at the Drusus Stadium last Sunday. Coach Elis Kaptina's team won 5-1 – thanks to a brace from Moussaoui and goals from Calabrese, captain Arnaldo Kaptina, and Kicaj.

At the Briamasco Stadium in Trento, Levico Terme prevailed against Comano Terme Fiavé. After a 1-1 draw in regulation time – a scoreline that remained unchanged after extra time – Stefano Manfioletti's team won 5-3 on penalties. While Levico has already won the Italian Cup at the provincial level three times in a row, the club is still waiting for its first regional triumph. Virtus Bolzano, on the other hand, has already lifted the regional cup twice.
